Outgoing mail not sending

Outlook 2007, synched to Hotmail with Outlook Connector; outgoing mail does
not send. Any ideas?

Any error messages that might be the key to the problem? You have to watch
the send/receive progress window, there is an errors tab that will detail
any send/receive issues.
