Outlook is duplicating my emails?

Hi,

I have outlook 2002, and it seems to duplicate all the
emails that go to my Inbox.

It duplicates them after they are download off the pop3
server.

Please advise

Do you have any rules that don't end in "Stop Processing" actions?
