Outlook is blocking incoming messages

My Microsoft Outlook is blocking all incoming messages from anyone with the
email address ending with @comcast. As far as I can tell there is nothing in
my blocked senders list that is stopping this. Is it something with the
server? Help!
 
OL doesnt block anything, unless you set rules to delete msgs, or your ISP
may have rules
