Hello,
I have Outlook 2002 XP SP-2, Windows XP Pro., Exchange Server 2000.
My Outlook was working fine, but suddenly I don't know what happened, it
became that everytime I want to open my Outlook it gives a box titled Enter
Password and it is asking for my user name, password and my domain name, so
I put my password and when I press OK a message bos appears that reads:
Your logon information was incorrect. Check your user name and domain, then
type your password again. If your account is new or if your administrator
requested a password change you need to click Change Password then logon
with your new password.
I changed the password and my domain is correct. But, when I keep on putting
the password for 5 times it logs on. Strange right? I dont know if there is
something with the # 5 but every time I want to open my Outlook I have to
put the password 5 times.
N.B: I am joined to the domain. I am the only one having this problem.
Please if anyone can help it would be highly appreciated
Thank you.
