In the NOTES segment of outlook there is a field named "Outlook Internal
version"
Does anubody know what is this for?

Have you tried adding it to your list view to see what displays?

After furious head scratching, JIMPAP asked:

It is the build number of the Outlook version in which the item was created.
For private applications you don't have any use for it but it could be handy
for developers of add-ins and when creating forms.
