Bookmarks supported in both Outlook Web Access?

Hi.
Is it possible to set up bookmarks (internal hyperlinks) within the body of
an email so that they work with Outlook Web Access? I've only been able to
get the bookmarks to work with the full version of Outlook, not the web
access version.

It depends on how the server is configured or if the file is on a server
that is accessible outside the network.
