outlook installer problem

Hi! everyone Hope you all had a great christmas
i have an annoying little problem. when receivig email my windows installer
jumps in and temporarily prevents them from downloading, it treats each email
as a seperate installation. as you can guess it take awhile to retreive my
mail, Anyone got any ideas.
