hello everyone I hope you can help me with this problem. I just recently
installed an Outlook 2007 and I am not familiar with using it for email. So
imagine my confusion when I installed and set up the email accounts,
downloaded my messages and tried to reply to one but the buttons werent
available.

Any information would be greatly appreciated as I am looking forward to
using this software with my PDA phone.

peace

Sorry , need a little more info... Where are you missing the fwd/reply
buttons? On your PDA? Desktop? Main window or opened message?

Thanks for taking the time to read my post Chad. The buttons are missing on
the main window of the program. I open Outlook on my computer and can read my
messages but am unable to respond to them using the Outlook buttons.

The buttons are there but it isnt possible to click on them at all.

Once again thanks and hope you can help

Outlook 2007 is peculiar right after the first install. It' best to create
a new mail profile (Control Panel's Mail applet).
