Outlook Inbox Repair problems

I have a corrupted pst file. After running the Inbox Repair tool I have a
fixed pst file, and no Lost and Found.
But when I now use the fixed pst file all the messages are there. the
contacts are there as well but no email addresses for any of the contacts or
in the email address book entries.

How can i get the email addresses back for all the contacts and the address
book entries?

Outlook 2000 SR-1
Windows XP Pro SP2

Copy them from a recent backup PST file. Once a PST file is corrupt,
data may be permanently lost during the repair process. Taking regular
backups of your data is the best way to prevent data loss.
