David Hips

I have outlook 2007. I cannot send or receive emails in outlook. I have
the data file as a .pst. I receive an error message that my outlook file is
full. it's at 1.9 gigs. I have 750 gigs free. The error message tells me
to upgrade to outlook 2003 to be able to use the .pst format file. I have
searched Microsoft to try and find a fix, but no help.

Help fast. Please.

Hi David,

you have Outlook 2007 but your PST file is an old Outlook (ANSI) format with
max. 2 GB.

You mst create a new PST file (format 2007 UNICODE) and then you must
copy/move your items from one PSt to the other.

How to do this?

"Create and use .pst data files in different versions of Outlook"
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HP012319871033.aspx

"Convert an Outlook 97-2002 .pst file to Outlook 2003/Office Outlook 2007
format"
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HP012319871033.aspx#6

Maybe it helps.
