outlook inbound message problem

I'm running Outlook 2007 on an SBS2003 exchange server.


Issue 1

I have certain people, who I've made safe senders, not able to send me messages.

I have sent them messages, which they received, but when they reply, the message is bounced.

Anyone have a guess as to why ???

Issue 2

I have set up junk mail to be deleted instead of going into the junk mail folder. Junk still goes into the folder instead of being deleted.

Anyone have a guess as to why ???

The explanation would be in the bounce. Outlook itself never bounces
messages. That's a server or router function. Your Safe Sender list cannot
afect that.

Do you have a third-party antispam app running? If so, perhaps that's the
reason.
