outlook-importing pst. files

In trying to import a pst. file which was burned to cdr
from another machine I'm getting the "properties for this
information service must be defined prior to use." I've
read this is caused by the file beinf a "read-only." I
have remoed the read only attirbute - still getting the
same message.

Can anyone help.

Use File-> Open Outlook Data File... instead or add it via Tools-> E-mail
Accounts if this is the first pst-file in your profile

Try logging onto windows with the same username that you
exported the pst from. Sounds like a security issue
