Importing .pst files

I'm trying to copy an existing outlook.pst file onto a new
machine...

Exported .pst and burned to CD ... imported into Outlook
but am getting the following:

Personal Folders "Properties for this information service
must be defined prior to use"

Click OK

"Microsoft Outlook : File access denied. You do have the
persmission to access this file ....outlook.pst"

You can't import direct from a CD because Outlook needs read-write access.
Copy the pst to your HDD , remove the Read-only attribute and then try the
import.
