Unable to import a pst file

I exported a pst file. Rebuilt the laptop. I then tried
to import the pst file but got the "Properties for this
Information Service must be defined prior to use."
followed by the error message "...You do not have the
permissions ..." I have made sure that the file is not
read only but I still get the error. Any suggestions will
be greatly appreciated.

Make sure the file is not marked as read only and that you have read/write
permissions on it.

I took ownership of the file as administrator, set
permissions to full. I worked! Thanks
