Outlook hyperlinks open "My Documents" rather than browser. Fix?

After doing some clean up stuff, I obviously messed up setting somewhere.
Anyone know how to make sure hyperlinks are opened by your default browser
rather than just opening the My Documents folder?
 
Is the dialog window called Locate Link Browser? Point it to IEXPLORE.EXE
and press OK. If it continues to happen choose Start-> Control Panel->
Default Programs and Settings to reset Internet Explorer or FireFox (or any
other browser that you prefer to use as default) as the default browser.
