Hyperlink in Email message in Outlook 2007 wont open browser

Clicking on a hyperlink in an email messages using Outlook 2007, wont open up
browser. Says that 'General failure. The URL "...." Application not found.

If you click on hyperlinks elsewhere does it work o.k.? Have you tried
running Office Diagnostics (Help menu)?
