Part (1): The problem is when you go to send email it
sits in the outbox until you click on another folder such
as Drafts, Sent Items... and then it shows the email has
left the outbox at that time.
Part (2) : When trying to receive emails, it doesnt show
the email in the inbox right away as it should, unless
you click on another folder and then the new email
notification will trigger or the email count in the inbox
will trigger aswell, this happens irratically.
I have reinstalled Office 2000, I have performed a
repair, I have removed the users profile in outlook, and
reinstated it and still no change... and this is
happening for others aswell as indicated.
The OS is WinXP SP1 and SP2, Office 2000 Standard
