Outlook Help

I just set up Outlook and all the New, Reply, Forward options are light gray
so I can't send or create emails. what's the deal?
 
Make sure you've configured an e-mail account in Tools-> E-mail Accounts.
Additionaly make sure you've activated your copy of Office.
