Grayed out and unclickable buttons in Outlook.

I got Outlook 2007 about 2 months ago, and it has been working fine. Today I
could not send emails, create new emails, contacts, notes, or reply and
forward to emails. The buttons necessary to do these actions are grayed out
and therefore unclickable. My product has a license and is activated on the
internet. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING???

Did you install Outlook or did it come with the computer? If it came with the
computer, you could only have a 60 day trial. When the trial runs out, then
nothing will work within the program anymore.

The license you have is most likely for the trial - you only have a Product
ID, not a license. If this is a trial and your 60 days are up, you need to
either purchase it (amazon.com has great prices and free shipping) or roll
back to a previous version that you already own.
