(Win2K Pro w/sp4, Office 2003 with all the latest patches as of today)

I get the following error messages repeatedly and at random in MS Word,
Excel, Outlook and now OE.
It is killing my productivity. I have searched google, tamaracka and MS KB
w/o success.

I have only had this problem since upgrading from Office XP to 2003 a couple
of weeks ago.
I would like to keep 2003 b/c it elimiates 99% of my spam when I use the
"high" setting in Outlook Junk options.
-- but only if I can resolve this problem.

No other software/hardware has recently been added.
I have reinstalled several times, run scanpst several times and rebooted
countless times.

Any help greatly appreciated.

I have had the same problem with Outlook 2002 with full updates. Program
shuts down within seconds to a maximum of 1-2 minutes. Impossible to do
anything. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, same problem. Finally had
to use an 5-week old Ghost to restore the C: drive. Not a great way to
solve a problem. Since it happened once, I have to assume it will happen
again and I'd like to know of another solution to the problem. Thanks in
advance for any advice.
