Outlook freezes

Every time I open Outlook, it freezes on me. I have to
Task Manager out & re-open. I can then do what I need to
do for about 10 minutes then it freezes again. I have all
the updates, no viruses.

Could you please mention the version of Outlook and the Operating system ???
