Outlook Freezes

When I try to forward an email with a video clip or pictures the email stays
in my outbox and does not transmit. I have had this problem now since I
purchased my computer 2 months ago and cannot seem to get any help. Can
someone help me to solve this issue.

Take a look at you A/V software and disable the email plug-in.
