messages stay in Outbox in Outlook 2007

hello,

My sent message appears to stays in Outbox forever, while it actually
transmitted to the recipients. It is unbelievable that I cannot send the
mail through the most advanced version of Outlook 2007.
I have posted similar trouble already but nobody gave me any tips about it.
Am I qualified to direct request to MS if I purchased the Outlook 2007 about
a month ago?

Not a lot to go on, but if you have anti virus intergrated with outlook,
uninstall your AV, reboot, and retest
