Cancel message in outbox when 'outlook already started transmit'

How can I cancel/delete a message with picture attachment from my outbox, when
outlook is replying "Impossible, outlook already started transmitting" ?

Since 20 hours this message is being sent to my client once every 3 minutes
and I can't stop it!
