Outlook Does Not Forward Messages

I am having problems with Outlook not forwarding messages that have video
clips or pictures. The messages get stuck in my outbox and do not transmit.
Can anyone help to resolve this matter?

How large are the attachments? Try shutting off the email plug in in your
A/V software...
