I have created a Outlook form in Outlook XP.When Outlook
97 users try to create a new task they get Error message
that Feature does not exist theField that you want to
change is invalid for tis type of Outlook objekt. Is there
any way to save the form so outlook 97 users can open the
form instead of beginning from zero and make the form on
an Outlook 97 client.

What kind of form is this -- contact, task, message, etc? What modifications did you make on it?

It is a task form to se if order is delayed. Yesterday I
deleted the subject changed by and pubished it in Outlook
97. Then I could open it in Outlook 97 and save it but not
Outlook 97 users.
