Outlook font changes when typing message

I have a customer who, when typing a body in an Outlook
message, noticed that while typing, the font size changes
automatically from a large size to a small size. She is
not making these changes herself.
Please advise.

Like Word, Outlook frequently tries to help by
autoformatting certain things. I've noticed it most
frequently when I add bullets or use an autotext.I havent
found a lot to do abotu it rather than cahnge it back. If
you hit <CTRL+Z> ("Undo") immeadiately after it
autoformats something, it will usually undo teh
autoformatting withour removing the text.

I have the same probelm, have not found a solution yet,
but it is definetly not your customer's imagination or
error.
