Font Size on Flagged Outlook Messages

C

Chas in Colorado

When I flag a message in Outlook 2007, the font turns red and get very small.
If I remove the flag the font changes to a much larger size (which is the
font I set as the default). Is there a way to display the flagged messages
using a larger font. Thank you

I haven't tested this solution, but this is something you could try:

1. Click on View, click on Current View, and click on Customize Current View.

2. Click on the Automatic Formatting button in the box that pops up.

3. Click on "Add," and name the new rule something like "Flagged Email."

4. Click on "Condition," then click on the More Choices tab.

5. Put a checkmark next to the box that says "Only items which:"

6. Choose "are flagged by me."

7. Click on the Font button and choose the size and color of type you want
on flagged messages.

8. Click OK to get out of all the boxes.

Maybe that will help.

Check the autoformatting settings - right click on the row of field names
and choose custom.... then automatic formatting button and check the
formatting for overdue messages.

Right mouse click on the flag, it brings up a drop down menu of flag options, select no date and the font should return to the default size. At least it worked for me.
