Outlook folder?

Hi there,
Whenever I have a document attached to my email and I try and save it -
Outlook tries to save it in a folder called olk102. It appears there are
lots of documents in there and I would like to get rid of them. But when I
search for the folder it is not where the path shows it to be. How do I find
this folder and get rid of these duplicate documents. Thanks.

You can't find it because it is in some hidden folders. Try doing a search
for that folder name and see if that helps. If not you need to turn on the
ability to view hidden folders and then you can browse to it.

Search the Outlook knowledgebase and you should be able to find an article

Enter the following into the Open field of Start>Run:

%UserProfile%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\OLK102

and click OK. You should see the contents of that folder.

Is this a hidden folder because I went to that directory and it was not
there. That is why I am puzzled.

Local Settings is the hidden folder. Enable hidden files and folders in
Folder Options>View
