Outlook Temp Folder

Hi there,
I get a lot of emails with Word documents attached. Every time I go to
save one of the documents, the Save As dialog box is initially pointing me
to a directory called OLK102 which seems to be in the Temporary Internet
Files folder. I have deleted everything from the Temporary Internet Files
folder but still each time I open up a document from within Outlook and try
to save it - it points to this directory (OLK102) and the directory is
filled with documents that I had opened previously. My question is how do I
get rid of the files in this directory? When I go to the Temporary Internet
Files folder - I cannot see the OLK102 folder. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

If you're sure you want to mess with these files:

1. Open one of the attached files.
2. Select "File", "Save As" from the menus (but DON'T click on the Save
button).
3. Click on the "Look In" pull-down list to see the sequence of folders in
which "OLK102" is stored --- write down the path (mine looks like:
"C:\Documents and Settings\Michael\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files\OLKC6>").
4. Open the "Command Prompt" (typically "Start", "Programs", "Accessories",
"Command Prompt").
5. Type "CD" then a space then the path you wrote down (mine looks like "cd
C:\Documents and Settings\Michael\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files\OLKC6"). Press the ENTER key
6. Type "DIR" and press the ENTER key. Verify that the list of files you see
is the set of files you want to eliminate.
7. Type "DEL *.*" and press the ENTER key. You will see a prompt asking if
you want to delete all files (mine looks like "C:\Documents and
Settings\Michael\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files\OLKC6\*.*, Are you sure (Y/N)?").
8. Type "y" and press the ENTER key. You MAY get a warning message that one
or more files can't be deleted (the message I get is "Access is denied."
preceded by the name of the file). However, most of the files will be
removed.
