Outlook Folder Size Help.

I'm wondering if there's a way to export a summary of Outlook
subfolders and their size. I know you can check folder size by going
to Properties and clicking on the Folder Size button, but I can't sort
by size, nor can I export this to a text file. We have a user that is
way over his Exchange mailbox limit, and demands that we give him a
breakdown of his folders. Unfortunately, he literally has hundreds of
subfolders, so browsing through the small folder size window is not an
option. Are there any tools or utilities that will report or export
the folder size summary? Thanks.

No, and actually; why would you? He can lookup his own summary.
I might be a nasty admin in this but why should he be the one making
demands? You control Exchange and when someone endangers mail activity for
the rest of the company you can shut him down. I usually give them a week to
clean up (as we do have hard limits for sending but not for receiving so
they can pile up as long as they don't want to send mail) and then they will
find only one mail in their mailbox; telling them that they can pick up a CD
with their mail at their manager's :-D

Actually, I got it figured out. Had to use Mailbox Manger in ESM and
create a new policy to run against his mailbox for items of all age and
size. Set it to generate a report instead of move it, then manipulate
the report in Excel. Not very straightforward, but it got the job
done. Unfortunately, can't really shut this user out, he's up there
with the CEO and pays our salaries =(
