Outlook fails to start constantly with Error messages

Hi everyone

I'm new here, and I desperately looking to solve my problem:

When I start my outlook, it fails to start with following error message:



When I retstart it, it asks me to restart it in safe mode - fails with the same error.

When I start it the 3rd time, it asks for the repair function - I let it complete that, completes with success - and then outlook restarts with the error messages, just like in attempt 1.

What I tried:
Repair function of MS Office
Starting outlook with various switches
Reinstall Outlook
Reinstall MS Office 2007

What I haven't tried:
Reinstalling Windows completely new (actually trying to avoid that)

I really hope you folks can help me.

It just keeps reappearing, no matter what I do or not.

I fixed the problem:

I had a pst file in there, which had some errors in it. By running the SCANPST.EXE, the errors were fixed - problem solved, my outlook runs again as intended
