Outlook fails to open after the first time

When I open Outlook, it will not send mail. If I close out and start
again...it will not even open. I re boot. It will opden again but continues
with the same pattern. I had no problems with Windows XP but I have a new
laptop with Vista. Can anyone help? I run 3 businesses off my laptop.

After you 'close it', is it still listed in the Task List? Check if
Outlook.EXE is running. Do you get any error messages when you try to send?
