Outlook fails to launch URL from HTML mail

Whenever I click on a URL / shortcut in an HTML message,
Outlook launches Internet Explorer but it never navigates
to the URL. Its as if the launch starts okay, and then
just halts leaving me with an empty address bar and no web
page. Has anyone ran into & fixed this yet?

Thanks for your response. I tried out the steps in the
embedded URL, but they didnt work. I still can't navigate
to URLs from Outlook.

Here is my version info:
Outlook: 2003 (11.5608.5606)
IE: 6.0.3790.0
OS: Win Server 2003 Version 5.3 Build 3790

Please let me know if there is anything else you need.

Found the fix:
Fix is to click the Reset Web Settings tab from the
Tools.Options Dialog on Programs tab.
