Outlook Failed to Start

Whenb I open Outlook , I get an error message that states " Outlook failed to
start correctly last time, Starting Outlook in safe mode will help correct ot
isolate the problem? any suggestions?

Hi JMBA;
please let outlook start in the save mode.
After that restart outlook.
If this not solve your problem run scanpst.exe
