I had to restore my computer. I copied all my OE messages and files onto a
CD. How do I transfer/move them back to OE?

Copy the files to a folder when you want to store the
files on your PC

Create a new OE account

open OE
go to tools click otions click maintenance an then select
store folder
change the destination to the folder where the files are
created before click ok
restart the system
