Moving Emails - OE to Outlook

I have a large collection of old emails, organized into a nested set of
folders on Outlook Express 6. I want to transfer them to another person's
computer's Outlook program. I see where OE has a feature which does the
transfer from OE to Outlook, but only on the same computer. Is there a way
I can create an export file, then email or phsically move it to the other
machine, and restore it into Outlook?

Copy your dbx-files (in that all your mails in outlook express are
stored) to the other computer. Where this dbx-files are stored you can
figure out over

Tools | Options | Service ( I don't know the correct name in an english
Outlook Express)

On the other computer you open this files in Outlook Express over

File | Import | Messages | Outlook Express | Import from an OE Folder
structure

When you have done this, you can export all mails to Outlook over

File | Export | Messages
