Just try to select tools>account>new>mail>
Follow instructions, and proceed to the step Mail server, input correctly
your mail server's information. For instance, pop3_ pop.mail.yahoo.com,
smtp.mail.yahoo.com.
And if your mail server requires user verification, you have to check it.
