Reported Receiving Error

I cannot connect to the server at my office through Outlook 2003. I have
recently formatted my hard drive and re-installed Office. My connection
worked fine until I reinstalled everything. I am using a Cable Modem and can
connect to my ISP to receive emails from them as well as another Earthlink
email account I have through the POP 3 and SMTP servers. I keep receiving the
error 'Receiving reported error (Ox800CCCof) the connection to the server was
interrupted.' Does anybody have any suggestions. Thanks.

I assume so. I have set up my account to authenticate and not to. Still I get
this error.
