Outlook Express

I loaded Microsoft Outlook, and it has taken over as my main email software. As a reult, when I open Outlook Express, if I try to reply to an email by clicking on the email link, then my computer prevents me with an error message stating thatI must use Outlook.

Can anyone help to re set the computer to use the Outlook Express as my principal email software.
