Hi, can anyone help me with a problem i'm having with O.E? When i click to go
in, it'll open the main page, but then i have a timer for ever and nothing
else happens - no emails load. It has opened on mine o,k, but when i switched
identity to my girlfriends, it doesn't wanna know. I've tried system restore,
and that's me outa ideas. Any suggestions would be gratefully recieved.

Do you have the option to Automatically Log On To Windows Messenger enabled? (Tools
menu/Options/General tab). Disable it. Then click the View menu/Layout, and click to
remove the checkmark to the left of Contacts, click Apply and OK buttons (do for both
identities). Then reboot and see if the problem is fixed.

Use another email program, such as Netscape.
