different error message: http://chopperbobby.com/oe3.jpg

I found that my incoming and outgoing port numbers were compromised
somehow.
After trying several combinations of port numbers I stumbled on to the
correct settings. Now my OE works.
Thank you all for your help.

After I got OE working again I discovered that all of the folders I made
did
not reinstall.
But the folders are still in WLM. How can I transfer these folders from my
WLM to my OE?

If there's a message in, e.g., your Junk Mail folder that you need or want
in OE, Move the message to your inbox (i.e., on the webmail page). The next
time OE polls the account, the message will download into OE's Inbox folder.

into the in box, and it will appear in the in box in OE. Correct?
Then I create the same folder (again) in OE and move the messages there.
Why didn't I think of that?

OE will no longer sync your folders.

My CrystalBall© assumed the "folders [he] made" are additional,
user-created folders on the webmail page (http://mail.live.com). When he
was accessing the account via WebDAV, those same folders and their
contents showed up in OE. Now he's accessing the account _in OE_ via POP3
so they're not there...but they are present in WLMail kos it's synching
with & displaying the webmail folders.
