Outlook Express

When using Outlook Express with Windows XP I am unable to
switch identities. Supposedly microsoft is aware of this
problem but to date there hasn't been a fix that I am
aware of. Most often I have to reboot in order to switch
identities. This is more than an inconvienence. does
anyone have any ideas? Would prefer reply by
email....have spent hours combing these catagories to no
avail yet!
