Outlook Express 6.0 Identity

I set up an identity in Outlook Express 6.0 and it was working correctly ie.
when sending an email I could choose from a drop down menu who the email was
from. I have not changed anything in Outlook Express and the option to
switch an identity when sending an email has disappeared. Could someone
assist me in what I need to do? I have tried to delete the identity and
recreate it but it still does not work correctly.

Outlook Express is part of Internet Explorer, not Microsoft Office which this
group supports. Post in an OE newsgroup:

97/98/2000/2002/2003/2007 from the Office suite of products. Outlook
Express is actually a separate program despite the similar name.
