outlook express

program is requiring me to input my username/pass everytime I open it even
though I have selected remember my credentials in the check box?
 
I notice you titled this thread "outlook express".
Outlook Express is not available for Vista computers, don't you mean
Windows Mail?
Click Cancel when you see that prompt for username/password.
Then you should get an error message. Right-click on your error message,
copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
 
Does anyone know if windows mail can be used to store blackberry phone info?
