I keep getting the 'Authourizing' message in the bottom right hand corner when opening OE and cannot receive e-mails, although sending is no problem, I have tried re-setting the account details and options etc but to no avail, does anyone have any ideas?
 
Have you tried to Ping the inbounds mail server ?

Be warned that if mail stops working, that can sometimes
be an indication that your ISP account security has been
violated. Be sure to go to the ISP's website and verify
your account access and that the password hasn't been
recently changed.
