Debbie

I am unable to send an email attachment. I have been
trying since 2/1/04 to send an attachment with photos. I
have plenty of hard drive space and memory so that is not
the problem. My ISP told me to go to
support.microsoft.com and download the latest version of
Internet Explorer which I did and I still get the same
message saying: "Outlook Express could not be started.
The application was unable to open the Outlook Express
message store. Your computer may be out of memory or your
disk is full. Contact Microsoft support for further
assistance." Does anyone have any suggestions or know
what the problem is? I am not a very computer literate
person, so if anyone has advice, please use language I
can understand.

outllo express is apart of your OS (operating system) you
can try going to add remove programs check windows
compents. A list will apper with checkmarks uncheck mark
the files that you dont want to reinstll. You may want to
see if there is something in your in box that maybe taking
up a lot of space.
