Outlook Express

Outlook Express stopped working with an error message
(0x8007000E,5 the error panel saying:
Outlook express could not be started. The application
was unable to open the outlook express message store.
Your computer may be out of memory or your disk is full.
Contact Microsoft Support for further assistance
(0x8007000E,5). That was the first popup.
The second popup said "Outlook Express could not be
started because MSOE.DLL could not be initialized.
Outlook express may not be installed correctly."
I would appreciate your assistance. Please reply by e-
mail or on the newsgroup if I can find that.

the dbx and other files were marked read only on my puter. I changed that and solved my problem
