Had a virus that maxed out my hard drive causing
difficulty downloading email. Cleaned out virus. Now
cannot load outlook express. Get two error messages when
try to open.
(1) Outlook express could not be started. The application
was unable to open the outlook express message store.
Your computer may be out of memory or your disk is full.
Contact microsoft support for further assistance.

(2) Outlook express could not be started because MSOE.DLL
could not be initialized. Outlook express may not be
installed correctly.
I downloaded the current MS explorer software and
installed it. Didn't help.
