OUTLOOK EXPRESS

I now have MSN 8. I need help in setting up outlook
express once again to be my e-mail program of my choice.

I have tried many ways and failed.
A helping hand would be great.

pop3? smtp? how do I fill in the fields that are required
besides my name and new e-mail address.
